Established in 2006, I began as a retail workroom, but once the opportunity to work with designers was presented, R Garner Custom Designs, LLC really took off!"

Rose has been my primary workroom for the past six years and she is wonderful to
work with. Rose is always interested in learning not only all the details about the
window treatment and the fabric but also the surroundings of the room. She is great at collaborating which I appreciate. We always discuss the various solutions from
proportion to length to dimension to ensure the best possible outcome of the final
treatment.

Having now worked for the past four years on many custom window treatment projects for my Interior Design clients in the New York Metro Area with Rosemarie Garner from R.
